    Olivia is the Director of Recruiting at Jackson Physician Search, where she leads a high-performing team of search consultants dedicated to placing physicians and advanced practice providers nationwide. Drawing on her psychology and clinical background, Olivia brings a deep understanding of both candidate and client needs, delivering tailored recruitment strategies. Before joining Jackson Physician Search, Olivia built her recruiting expertise with HealthTrust Workforce Solutions, managing high-volume staffing for HCA hospitals across the western United States. Her career began in the clinical space as a Mental Health Counselor at Children’s Hospital Colorado, where she provided direct care, developed treatment plans, and contributed to establishing standardized care protocols. Olivia’s combination of healthcare insight, recruiting acumen, and leadership excellence continues to drive results for Jackson Physician Search and the organizations they serve.
