MGMA has partnered with U.S. Career Institute, a DEAC accredited school, to offer members a flexible, affordable, results-driven Medical Assistant program to help strengthen staff development, talent acquisition, and employee retention. Online allied health programs are designed for industry certification and focus on relevant career training to get students working quickly. Training can be tailored to align with on-site clinical skills efforts; providing real-time reporting to measure student achievement, evaluate outcomes, and easily share performance.
